Teddy Bear Tea
Nov. 25, Dec. 1-9, Dec. 15-24
The Roosevelt New Orleans, 123 Baronne St. Delicious food, specialty teas, and tasty pastries, as well as sparkling wine and mimosas for the grown-ups. Papa Noel Tea
Dec. 1-2, 8-9, 15-24; 11 am or 2:30 pm
The Ritz-Carlton, 921 Canal St. A special holiday celebration featuring an appearance by Papa Noel. Children will enjoy cookie decorating, viewing The Ritz-Carlton’s one-of-a-kind gingerbread display and other holiday surprises. $65/person. For more information, call 504.262.5048.

 

Build your own Gingerbread House     
Dec. 2, 8-9, 15-23; Noon or 3 pm                                                                                                                                       
The Ritz-Carlton, 921 Canal St. Children of all ages are invited to build a festive gingerbread house. Price includes one gingerbread house with all the decorating essentials and holiday refreshments. Each house can accommodate up to four guests. Tea with Santa

The 3rd Annual Tea with Santa will include one Heidi Bowers photo with Santa (download), champagne (adults), tea service, a gift from Santa, a visit and story from Mrs. Claus with live harp music. $80/adults, $60/child ages 2-9. Teddy Bear Tea

Tea Party for the Dolls 
Dec. 8; 1-4 pm
Beauregard-Keyes House, 1113 Chartres St. Kids can bring their favorite dolls to enjoy a Victorian Christmas. The Studio School of Dance Nutcracker Tea Party     
Dec. 8; Noon-3 pm and Dec. 15; 12:30-3:30 pm

Chateau Golf and Country Club, 3600 Chateau Blvd., Kenner. Enjoy an enchanting afternoon that includes an elegant tea and buffet luncheon, hands-on activities for kids, a mini-performance of The Nutcracker Suite and the rare opportunity to pose for photographs with members of The Nutcracker cast. $45 + fee/children ages 2-adult. Pictures with Santa   
Dec. 8; 11:30 am and Dec. 9; 3 pm     
Baby’s Corner, 70448 Highway 21, Covington. Santa will be visiting and photographer Alli Cheatwood will be taking pictures of your little one(s) with Santa. Christmas cookies for all boys and girls. Deanie’s Candyland Christmas Show

Deanie’s Seafood Restaurant, 841 Iberville St. Rockin’ holiday fun for the kids with Vince Vance and the Valianettes! Brunch with Santa

Bourbon Orleans Hotel, 717 Orleans St. Enjoy brunch with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and other holiday characters. Musical entertainment, singing, dancing, and arts and crafts will be available, plus free-flowing mimosas, champagne and poinsettia cocktails for the adults. $65/ages 13 and older, $30/ages 4-12, free for children 3 and younger. Breakfast with Santa

Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast buffet, holiday dessert bar, and a petting zoo with a special guest straight from the North Pole, Cupid the Reindeer. Santa will be available for photos and Christmas wishes. Mrs. Claus will be greeting guests and bringing her homemade cookies to decorate. Pancakes and Pjs with Santa
Dec. 9 and Dec. 16; 9-11 am   
The Berry Barn, 56188 Holden Circle, Amite. Santa and his friends will be coming to The Berry Barn to have breakfast.  Jump out of bed, leave your pjs on, and come have some fun! Parents, grandparents, and friends are all welcome…the entertainment is for all ages. The menu will consist of breakfast items: pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, grits, and more.  Orange juice, milk, water, and don’t worry, some mimosas for the adults will be available as well! $30/person. Breakfast with Santa

Winter Wonderland Teddy Bear Workshop   
Dec. 15; 10-11:30 am 
La Petite Tea Room, 5928 W. Metairie Ave. Suite 3, Metairie. Each child will stuff a Christmas friend of their choosing, play dress-up, have a chance to visit our nail polish station and our tattoo station all before sitting down for a magical tea party with their new furry friend! $40/child. Royal Teddy Bear Tea
Dec. 15-16, 20-23, 11 am and 2 pm 

The Royal Sonesta’s Grand Ballroom, 300 Bourbon St. It’s a magical Royal kingdom featuring a visit from Santa, story-time with Mrs. Claus, a sing-a-long with Rudolph, the Sugarplum Fairy and Marching Toy Soldiers. Sugar Plum Fairy Tea Party 
Dec. 16; 11 am-1 pm

Benedict’s Plantation, 1144 N. Causeway Blvd., Mandeville. Boys and girls of all ages are invited to join the Sugar Plum Fairy and her Kingdom of Sweets for a morning tea featuring a selection of sandwiches, sweet treats, delicious pastries and a refreshing pot of hot tea or cocoa! Brief performances by members of The Conservatory of Ballet Aviv, a photo opportunity with Santa and the Sugar Plum Fairy will make this a fabulous event! Family Holiday Tea

Longue Vue House and Gardens, 7 Bamboo Road. Join Santa in celebrating the holidays with an afternoon tea, a festive holiday craft, and good cheer.
