In celebration of the National Hispanic Heritage Month, Carnaval Latino will host a parade through the historic French Quarter, the most Hispanic neighborhood of our country. Que Pasa Fest is a multi-day festival filled with live music, dancing, food, art, and soccer and will be held at various locations throughout the Greater New Orleans area.

 

 

 

Sunday, October 1, 1 pm-6 pm

The free event is in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage month and will feature health screenings, services for the community, children’s activities, food trucks, free cotton candy, ice cream and popcorn, and musical performances. The HCCL will be collecting non-perishables donations for hurricane victims for Angeles de Amor.
