Longue Vue Celebrates Mother’s Day

In honor of Edith Stern’s love of gardening and family, Longue Vue has a special gift for mothers this weekend.

On Saturday, May 9, between 10 am-noon, Longue Vue House & Gardens invite you to come pick up a packet of okra or native wildflower seeds, harvested from their gardens and through the Cultivating Communities program.

They will have 100 packets of seeds in all, available via self-serve on a table outside their front gates. A small number of miniature flower arrangements will also be available for the earliest comers! Visit Virtual Vue to see samples of Amy Graham’s delicate creations, and hear Amy’s propagating tips from Portico Terrace.
