Believe it or not, the holidays are here! To help our parents, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of local Thanksgiving camps.
Arts & Crafts Camp at Posh Paint Pub, the Pottery Painting Studio
Ages: 5-8 and 9-12
Cost: Varies Based on Days Attended
Location: 3218 Taft Park, Metairie LA
Dates: Monday-Wednesday the week of Thanksgiving.

They paint pottery & canvases and build with clay from 9 am-noon. Then, make wacky crafts & your own jewelry from 1-3 pm. All day is an option, too.
Audubon Zoo Thanksgiving Camp
Ages: 4-6 and 6 and up
Cost: $170-$185

Let your child go wild this holiday season. Camp features up-close animal encounters, hands-on science, animal-themed movement activities, and nature art projects.
Brother Martin’s Holiday Baseball Camp
Ages: 6-12, boys
Cost: $100
Location: 4401 Elysian Fields Ave., New Orleans

Coach Jeff Lupo ’92 along with the varsity coaching staff and players will lead the camp, which will emphasize fundamental skills such as throwing, hitting, fielding, and base running to help players prepare for their upcoming seasons.
Culinary Kids Thanksgiving Camp
Ages: 5-12
Cost: $75 daily rates ($20 ext care)

Kids cook their own breakfast, lunch and snacks, and desserts, and they make drinks. Includes gardening, guest visitors with treats, science experiments, and indoor/outdoor games.
Franco’s Mandeville Thanksgiving Camp

Junction Place Sportsplex Thanksgiving All Sports Camp

This is the perfect camp for boys and girls who enjoy movement, or who need a little motivation to get moving. Housed indoors at Junction Place Sportsplex.
KidCam Camp: Aurora United Methodist Holiday Camp
Ages: Pre-K, 4-13
Cost: $40/day, $136/4-day session
