Vamonos NOLA – where children come to have fun while learning Spanish
Every program, from the youngest campers to our Junior Counselors and adult learners, engage in PLAY-BASED learning to develop their second language abilities.
OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDE:
MOMMY/DADDY & ME (Ages 0–2 years old):
For your littlest learners, spend time together singing songs, playing simple language games while you are both exposed to Spanish. Take home practical and engaging ways to keep the Spanish alive at home!
MAMÁ DAY OUT:
In this program, campers ages 18 months-4 years old will have the opportunity to learn Spanish while engaging in age-appropriate activities including centers, art, music and games. Camp is held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 am-12 pm. There is an optional lunch-bunch from 12-1 pm. Healthy Snacks are provided. Take advantage of a few hours of self-care, knowing your growing person is in loving hands, having fun and learning Spanish!
PEQUEÑOS PLAYTIME (Ages 2–5 years old):
Designed for our early childhood campers to explore language through their senses! Campers get moving with Music and Dance, tap into their creativity with Arts and Crafts, and engage through both stimulating and soothing Sensory Play. Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 am-12 pm. Yet another opportunity for Spanish socialization for your little one, and “me time” for you!
HOLIDAY CAMPS (Ages 3–10; Jr Counselors 11+):
Vamonos NOLA turn school breaks into a Language Playground. Starting as early as 7:30 am, engaging activities like Drama, Innovation, International Cooking and Super Heroes leave kids begging to skip the parades and stay to the end of aftercare (5:30pm).

SUMMER CAMP (Ages 3-8 years old; Jr Counselors age 11+):
With 13 weeks of Summer FUN campers get the maximum language exposure and report maximum fun with daily water play and activities that stimulate all ages like Science, Theater, Cartooning, Capoiera, Construction and Community Service.
JR. COUNSELOR PROGRAM: (11 years +)
Learning a second language may be invaluable, but it is not always easy. With role models willing to learn alongside campers, everyone wins. Campers are inspired to take risks speaking and Jr. Counselors discover their innate leadership. Jr. Counselors must apply, request, and interview themselves as part of their training. Empowering and fun, Jr. Counselors have a great time learning and making a difference.
