Movies & Music 


New Orleans Public Libraries offer all members access to movies and music using the following programs: Hoopla, Kanopy, and Freegal. Through these interfaces, users can stream and download movies and music for free. 


E-books & Audiobooks 


New Orleans Public Libraries also provide access to Overdrive, a system that allows users to download both e-books and audiobooks. These titles include children’s literature and instructional videos.

HomeworkLouisiana 


Louisiana Library Connection offers live online tutors that can help kids with homework from home. This service is available to kids in kindergarten through basic college level math courses. This resource also includes a writing center, career center, and adult education center. 


Magazines & Newspapers


New Orleans Public Libraries offer members access to applications like Flipster, NYTimes.com, Flipbank, and so much more online. There is also access to historic New Orleans newspapers if you’re looking for a blast from the past.
