At Tulane Women’s Services, the obstetricians and gynecologists are dedicated to providing individuals with the best, most comprehensive care, from adolescence to menopause, and all stages in between. New patients visiting the Lakeside clinic will be met by an all-female team, including Dr. Pratibha Rayapati, Dr. Amy Vaughan, Dr. Amy Grace, and Dr. Elizabeth Kelly. Dr. Samuel Alexander offers vNOTES procedures, which are ​​advanced, minimally-invasive surgeries that combine the benefits of laparoscopic and vaginal approaches to the traditional hysterectomy. Several of the gynecologists also offer a variety of robotic procedures. Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery results in less pain, discomfort, and scarring.
